Implantation bleeding or nah? TMI!!!!!

So according to glow I'm in my fertile week well today I had light pink spotting I put a pad on to be safe but nothing was in there it only showed on tissue when I wiped...could this be implantation or no...been trying for years now getting a lil down about it all...Please reply I think I'm just hanging on to everything as a sign and a ill bit of hope...😥😥😥😥
