I have issues

for atleast a year i have had a vag. smell. Smells fishy, like i'm on my period but ALL THE TIME. oh it is so frustrating! (periods are extremely irregular) Along with the smell, i've always had white discharge, sometimes watery. Up until last week, the discharge stopped all together, but the smell. the freakin smell. IT IS STILL HERE. does anyone know what possible could be wrong?

* i have not had vaginal sex, so anything related to that is off the table.

****** yes, i know i need to go to my doctor. I don't have money for it, and honestly im used to it now, changing underwear VETY often, and keeping myself as clean as i can.
