Baby has red dots on stomach and chest

I am going to call her Dr but has anyone seen this before? She had a fever and we just went to the Dr Sunday but these weren’t there then and now she has no fever. They don’t seem to be bothering her and are pretty faint.

Update:

Called the Dr, took forever and the nurse was rude but anyways it does seem to just be a little rash that is normal after fevers. The Dr will call back if he thinks differently.
