my feet need help!

i have insanely dry, cracked feet. my feet are in and out of water all day, as im a house cleaner and i scrub tubs and showers and what not. so they're getting so bad, its starting to hurt to walk cause they're THAT cracked and dry 😭😭

anyone have any awesome home remedies for really dry feet? i dont even want to go get a pedicure yet cause i dont want anyone to see how bad they are haha. ill try pretty much anything at this point. just using lotion every night isn't helping.
