Need help

I've done 4 pregnancy test that are positive, I'll be going for some lab test next week, I should be about 5 weeks pregnant but I don't have any symptoms, I still can't believe it, is like anxiety I guess, it feels like if I do one more pregnancy test it will come out negative. Does any one ever had a pregnancy with no symptoms at all, like nausea, vomiting or something like that.
