Fermara what should I expect!?

We have been on Clomid for 6 rounds with two miscarriages. Doc wants to try Fermara what should I expect with side effects and BFP rate!?

Answer

I’ve had two rounds of femara (one was cancelled after taking the medicine because they found a uterine abnormality that needed to be corrected, so one really didn’t “count”) but the only side effect I noticed was a little more moodiness, like PMS. My doctor said there’s less chance of twins with femara, and unlike with clomid, there are less issues with your uterine lining being too thin to support implantation. I’m triggering on Friday, I took 2.5mg for 5 days and this morning they saw a nice big follicle growing! I hope this helps...Good luck to you!
