I'm in Birmingnham. I went to the doctors last night, she's took all my details and said the midwife will be in touch in a few weeks to arrange an appointment in 4-6 weeks- seems so long away! I was expecting a blood test or something but she didn't take any- what have your doctors said to you? X

Do any of you know how long it takes the midwife to get in touch once you' ve been referred by the GP? I only went to the docs last week but feels like its be weeks already!

I'm 7weeks and expecting my 1st at the end of February and I'm from N. Wales. I had my first midwife appointment last week. Just a waiting game now for the 12 week scan :) xx

Today is 11 weeks 4 days for me ;) I Am from London. My 1st hospital appointment is next Thursday together with meeting midwife.....

I had 2 blood tests as soon as I found out, before my missed period but that's only because I had ectopic last time and they wanted to check my hcg is rising ok. My midwife app is 31st July so few weeks away x
