Is it possible to have periods and be pregnant? (Not MENSTRUAL bleeding, I meant period level bleeding for days)

I took 3 test last month and very faint positives but two days later started what was a normal period... but I’m confused. But I feel stupid buying another test but wtf 🤔🤔🤔🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

No photo edit on both pictures. Popped up immediately and has stayed. Not first morning pee.
