Anyone positive for lupus anticoagulant?

I have had two chemical pregnancies in five months so my RE ordered a lot of blood tests. One of the tests lupus anticoagulant came back inconclusive because I tested high for one of the four indicators. They said they need to retest in 12 weeks and I shouldn't try to conceive until we get the second test back. Has anyone had this? Thanks!

I’ve never heard of this - I just had my 2nd confirmed chemical in 5 months. My doctor ordered a thyroid test and progesterone test. What are these other tests called that you got?

Hi Andrea, 
I have been tested for the lupus anticoagulant and it came back positive. It means that I have antiphospholid syndrome where my body attacks things like the placenta when pregnant. I sadly carried my baby to 23 weeks where my placenta erupted and ended up bleeding heavily and needed several blood transfusion. I cannot stress enough that you need to notify your midwife straight away when pregnant because there are things that can be done. I didn’t know I had it until after losing my baby boy. However, I have been told that I would be able to have a healthy pregnancy next time as long as I inform them straight away so they can give me injections daily to stop the body from going into attacking mode.
