6 days late

So I've been taking provera for the last year in order to get a period, I always get my period 2 or 3 days after my last pill, it's been 6 days since my last pill... this month I took femara, I went for my scan on CD 12 and had only a 8mm follicle and on CD 19 there was only a 10mm follicle, so i'm sure I did not ovulate. do ya'll think that 10mm follicle grew in the next few days?? is there a chance I might ovulated late?? I took a hpt today in the afternoon and it was negative..
