Pain when sneezing/coughing

So I remember having lower abdominal pain later in pregnancy with my last 2 but I am only 5 weeks. Every time I sneeze or cough I am having pains. Anyone else have this problem? I didn't think it would happen this early. I'm not showing at all yet.
