Looking for answers..

I currently have the Mirena IUD that has been in place since highschool and am getting it out this September (because it’s expiring). Due to the Mirena I have only had light spotting or nothing when it comes to periods. This past weekend I started bleeding very dark blood along with some discharge and tissue as the weekend progressed. This Monday it because very bright red and Tuesday I saw more blood than I’ve ever had. About 5-10 mins later I just felt as if I had to pee again, so I return to the bathroom and this is in my urine (which has no blood) along with some stringy looking tissue at the very bottom. It was about the size of a nickel. Throughout this whole weekend I have had terrible cramps throughout the day. I’ve never seen anything like this before and I just have a really terrible feeling about this... Could it be a miscarriage?? Or am I crying over discharge? I’m just looking for answers for peace of mind. Thank you so much!
