STI Yeast Infection or Before period discharge?

But afraid it may be an STI. There’s no itching or burning down there though. Thoughts?

I had my first yeast infection a few weeks ago & had this same discharge. At first I didn’t have any itching or burning but a few days later I did & it was horrible so I went to my ob but you don’t have to go to the dr you can get over the counter meds I only went because I never had one before.
