New to the group

Hi everyone!! So me and my husband are ttc, and I'm holding onto some extra weight that I'd like to get rid of. I'm trying to find an online workout without purchasing one of those expensive beach body brands. Any recommendations for your favorite online work outs? Also I'm looking into doing some meal replacement shakes. I work third shift so it's easy for me to skip meals, but I end up snacking a lot which is where my problem is. I'm working on cutting out soda and caffeine completely from my diet but I'm doing so gradually so as to not go through withdrawals. 
Here's a picture of me, I currently weigh approximately 130 and would like to get down to 115-120, but more importantly just to get healthy and hopefully it helps with ttc! I welcome suggestions and support!!!
