Any luck Ttc with 1 Fallopian tube?

I am 35 and have had 2 ectopics and only have 1 Fallopian tube.  Doc says my hormone levels are normal but haven't had any luck!  Anyone else have success in this situation?

I had the HSG in April and found out I had a blocked right tube. I started clomid in May and got pregnant that same cycle. Now I am 6w1d.

I've got 1. I conceived 3 times with just one. My boys are 4&6 and I had an ectopic in Juky of last year. Now with it fully removed we are trying again. Praying for our miracle!

My sister lost an ovary from a torsion caused by a cyst.  She got pregnant last year and has a 3 month old boy now.  Don't lose hope.

Ok im not sure what hsg is but my second ectopic was in my tube and they caught it early and the doctor said it was all good but it wont hurt to have it checked again.  Whats hsg?

Did you have an HSG or lap to make sure the other tube is clear? I'm in the same situation and just had my lap last week.
