TTC around pregnant women?

Question

Someone told me that if you have a pregnant roommate or close coworker it's harder for you to get pregnant.  Is there any truth to that? At first I laughed it off as ridiculous,  but then I started thinking how in the past my cycle has matched up with roommates so maybe it's not so crazy?

I actually can see this being somewhat true. But in a different way lol. Like if I was around a pregnant woman all day and I was TTC I would probably be more stressed and sad, which can make it harder TTC
