HELP! I’m going crazy. Is this a genital wart?

I got diagnosed with HPV from a routine Pap smear 2 years ago. Never had a wart. Almost a year ago I had another pap done by a different doctor and it came back negative for HPV... I rarely shave down there and now I’m noticing this... could it be a flat wart? I will get it checked out tonight by my primary doctor as my gyno isn’t available until next week. I just wanted to get other’s opinions.
