Is this normal ?

is it normal to have mild cramps they're uncomfortable but they do not hurt I have no bleeding . but I'm a first time mom and it's really wrecking my nerves , my next ob appt is not until July 20th . pleaseeee tell me this is normal!?!?

Yep! Mine happens whenever my weeks roll over. I've been told numerous times it's completely normal and it's just the uterus stretching to make room for baby. 😊

I had stretching pains, I confused with cramps. They were in my lower abdomen and sides, my first trimester, and around week 15 get stronger as the uterus stretches and rises.
