Preconception checkup

Hey all! Me and my husband have preconception checkup scheduled for next week and they’re going to be doing a sperm Analysis and pap sperm and blood work for me, is there any way to prepare for this? I’m so worried that I’m going to be the reason we haven’t gotten pregnant yet
