flu during implantation process

I’m 4dpo and I went to ER yesterday after my bf begged me to go because I haven’t been feeling well, usually with a colds I fight through it and don’t complain but I’ve been feeling so tired and run down with an awful cough, then I started spiking fevers and vomiting. They swabbed me for the flu and it came back today positive for influenza B, I had a chemical at the beginning of March and we were feeling really confident this month, does having the flu affect implantation? I’d have asked the doctor but she was really judgmental when I mentioned we were trying to conceive and she was only in the room for 10 mins max. Anybody else get the flu very shortly after ovulation?
