PCOS and clomid

I have PCOS and after about 2 years of trying on our own and just finished two cycles with clomid, but my body isn't responding to it.  My doctor just called with my progesterone test results and said that it doesn't look like I ovulated.  She said the next step is to go see Shady Grove and see what they recommend.  I'm feeling a bit down.  Anyone with words of advice?
