Has anyone ever had there appendix burst?

What does the painful feel like?? I was just laying down and turned to the side and all of a sudden I have this sharp stinging pain all along my right side. I'm also 24 weeks pregnant and I don't know what it is...

Are you sure it’s not just round ligament?? I had my appendix burst and it was absolutely miserable , like I was taking my underwear off bcz of how bad it hurt having anything even touch it , I didn’t know it was my appendix at first , if the pain continues go to the ER just to be safe ❤️

Yes I’ve had mine removed and what you are describing is most likely round ligament pain.

My mom had it recently and was in terrible pain for days without realising what it was. She was basically curled up in a ball in bed the whole time so it is pretty bad. I had a twisted ovary recently (while pregnant) and I had a terrible pain on one side, and also nausea/vomiting from the pain. I had to get emergency surgery. There are a lot of things it could be but if it’s unbearable and continues for a while, definitely go to see your doctor or go to the ER.
