Always have Ovulation cramps???

Are you always suppose to get ovulation cramps I always have cramps around ovulation time this is my first month using opk’s and they have all been negative or just a super faint line. I’m thinking I might not be ovulating this month and I don’t understand why!?? Anyone else have this? Still ovulate but have no symptoms?

Ok around your expected ovulation you should test twice a day for the first 4 days until you get two dark lines that's your highest ovulation day 😊 good luck

My ovulation cramps have been horrible and I’m bloated so bad. I have endo though and it’s probably from the surge in hormones and the endometrial tissue. I hope you catch your o this month! Don’t lose hope!
