Worried mama

I had a miscarriage in Feb and it was terrible I was only seven weeks it was caused by a large subchronic hematoma that detached my healthy baby from my uterus. My question is I just found out this morning I'm pregnant and my concern is how likely am I to have another hematoma I haven't been to the Dr's yet as I'm only about 4 weeks and they don't see you until about 8 weeks and I'm already on prenatals I guess I'm just looking for some peace of mind thanks in advance...
