Diet Help!!!

So I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and really struggling with what I should be eating!

9/10 I am feeling nausea, so the thought of eating something with too much flavour makes me feel worse, but eating a cracker or plain toast worries me that I’m not getting the appropriate amount of nutrients to support my body and baby.

I feel like I really need a better routine and have meals and snacks ready to go at work to stop me from racing for bread when my hunger takes over!

Just wanted to see what you other ladies ate while being pregnant!
