Overheating/racing heart/shaking

Has this happened to anyone? I was just at a hens party (and fake drinking all afternoon). The room was quite hot but all of a sudden I just got really hot then shaky (my hands were visibly shaking) and I felt really anxious, heart racing.... I ended up having to just get up and leave the room/party because I felt so ill. I never have any of these symptoms normally. I left and went and got some water and came home. Lying on the couch now and feel okay but I’m worried I overheated or something bad was happening....
