help please extreme dizziness
so I am about 18 weeks with twins and I am so dizzy this morning I can hardly stand up I am sitting on the bathroom floor trying to do my hair but I'm so dizzy im still half blacking out sitting should I wait for it to pass or go to the hospital 🙁
