What I thought was implantation bleeding three weeks ago

I had one day light spotting which I assumed was implantation bleeding one day before period was due It’s been 2 weeks and I have negative tests.   Has anyone else experienced this? So annoying and confusing.  Thanks in advance for the  advice

Hmm maybe go to the doctor for a blood test just in case. If not, then possibly you ovulated later than you thought? Do you use OPK's?
