Absent nasal bone at 20 weeks

Any one else experience this while pregnant. We just found out today everything else was perfect except for the absence of the nasal bone which I was told was a possible marker or Down syndrome. My first Down syndrome came out good 1 in 200,000 chance they did another today waiting 1-2 weeks for results dr think it’s more of a family trait / shape of nose like my other daughter has a small nose but they could see her nasal bone when I was pregnant with her. I guess I’m just feeling worried and overwhelmed and wanna see other outcomes other people who been through this
