I know everyone always says to tell your crush you like them, but it’s really not that simple. I know that for me, I would never have the courage. Every single crush I’ve had since I was really young, I have kept a secret, only sometimes telling my closest friends. I recently realised that I’m bisexual, and nobody knows that; not my friends, family or literally anybody. I like this girl who I play netball with, but since she’s most likely straight (and she’s popular and I am most definitely not) I try to push my thoughts away from her. I would never be able to tell even a guy that I like them, so there is absolutely no way I will be able to tell her.  
I think it really depends who you are. If you are extroverted and a social butterfly and are comfortable with that stuff, then go ahead and good luck! But if you’re like me, and cringe at the idea of telling anyone that you like them, then perhaps that’s not the way to go. It’s really up to you; whatever you choose, I wish you the very best!!!

If she is your friend, I would not reccomend you making a move because it gets complicated. But try to find out her sexuality and maybe get your friends or her friends to see if she's interested in you. If you're close, make a joke about being in a relationship and see how she reacts.
