Depends entirely on what you’re most comfortable with. I did it in person and just told my mom, and had a good experience with that. I know a lot of people that preferred to do it by writing it down though, and say that’s best because it allows you to make sure you can say exactly what you want. Any way you do it is brave and totally your decision!! Good luck 👍🏼

If you’re creative or want something light hearted, you could bake a cake that’s white on the outside but blue purple and pink on the inside and cut her a piece? Idk if you’re good with baking.
If not, I think you should just sit down with her and have a heart to heart conversation. That’s really the best way to do it, I reckon.
