Sad news

Just found out yesterday that my sister in law's baby boy only has a 2 vessel umbilical cord and 3 chambers to his heart. I was so looking forward to her having this baby boy, as my own baby boy is due only 2 days before her's. Mine November 3rd and her's November 5th. I cannot imagine the heartbreak she is going through. I've been doing tons of research but have gained only a little insight. She is being very tight lipped about the whole situation, can't say as I blame her. Does anyone have any knowledge of these defects? Please say a prayer for her and her little one.
