Breast Binders?

Hey guys I have a 40G size boobs and wearing any strapless bras are a big ole LAUGH LIKE HAHAHAHAH trust me i’ve spent so much money trying them all and i’ve been looking into binders. Mainly cause i look bomb in over the shoulder and strapless things but my boobs want to swing low swing chariot okay!! And Id like them to flatten a bit and not bounce when i wear them! any body have ANY suggestions besides strapless bras it just ain’t gon work shawdy JUST HELP
