It's different for everyone but I gained 40 lbs in 6 months with regular diet and exercise as well as breastfeeding.

I've been on Depo on/off for the past 5 years or so... LOVE it. The first dose I gained 15lbs but after I worked it off I had no problems. Even after taking breaks from the shot and restarting I never had problems. So worth it. Baby weight is worse😉
