Quick help! Brisket!
We have a 9 pound brisket on the grill at 350. we have been flipping it and basting it every hour. Husband did not check how long it should be on the grill. It's been in for 3 hours. He planned to have it in there for 6 hours but I feel like that has to be too long but idk.
