Vagina hurts the day after sex?

So I’m 8 weeks postpartum. Everything is healed well and i have already had my first pp period.

My boyfriend and I have had sex a few times already, with no issues at all. There was no pain, no dryness, nothing.

Well last night we had sex and everything was still going fine. After sex I picked up a little, had a snack and then finally went to bed. I woke up in the middle of the night to feed baby and go pee, still felt fine. This morning I still felt fine. But this afternoon I used the restroom and it hurt a little when I wiped. I used the camera on my phone to see what hurt and everything looks the same, no irritation, no cuts, no blood. It doesn’t hurt any other time except when I wipe. Were we just too rough or something? I was plenty wet, so it wasn’t a dryness thing last night. Any insight? Probably a silly question but this has never happened. I mean there’s been times where my vagina was swollen after sex but it didn’t hurt and it was noticeable within a few minutes, not over 12 hours later!
