So I had sex with this guy without protection 3 weeks ago and today I noticed I had two big bumps on my vagina is that a STI??

You need to use condoms every time you have sex even if you don't like them, but it sounds like it's a little late for that... You probably have an STD and those are no joke. I'm not trying to scare you but if you have herpes then that will stay with you for the rest of your life and never go away. Go to the doctor now, hopefully it's nothing and you can start being safe.
