Any other PCOS success stories?

So I was diagnosed with PCOS in January. Tried just provera, didn't work. Tried provera and clomid, didn't work. Tried femara and metformin, worked first time! I still take the metformin twice a day until the end of the first trimester along with a progesterone pill at night. Currently 6w2d! Anyone else successful with PCOS and possibly the same lovely drug cocktail? And how are you doing so far?
