Hypoglycemic attack

So my baby stopped growing at 5w2d and when I look back at my calendar, that's the day that I had two of the worst hypoglycemic attacks I've ever experienced. Maybe it's just a coincidence, maybe not... Has anyone had this happen to them and could that maybe one of the reasons I lost the baby? I'm trying to research if hypoglycemia can cause miscarriages but am coming up with no research.
