Confidence and Waist Training
Hey sorry in advance for the awkward pictures. I’m really not too comfortable in my skin yet. After gaining over 60 lbs in college, it’s still hard for me to adjust two years after graduating. So I’m trying different things to make me feel sexier. My new thing is waist training. So far, I’ve only had it on for three days 😂 so obviously not much of a difference. What do you think? Have any of you tried this? Any success? I know it doesn’t help weight loss, only shape. I’m posting some pictures of me with it on and with it off. I feel like it really doesn’t do much.. either way I’m feeling really down on myself 😒
