How long did your IUD cramping last?

I got the Kyleena places in March and holy s*** that was the worst pain ever. I use to think my cramps were terrible until now. These cramps I get with the IUD is beyond intense and horrible sensations. If this doesn’t ease up I’m getting this sucker out. Please tell me if gets better

I got Skyla about 2 years ago. Insertion was horrible. Hurt so bad. And I cramped for like a month, really bad the first few days. My period was very irregular for about the first 3 or 4 months and then very regular and now I don’t get a period.

I just got the ParaGuard IUD last Monday and I only had cramping for a couple hours. I got my period last Thursday and still have zero cramping. I was told I would probably cramp but I haven’t .

Cramps can last for up to 6months. My cramps ended after a week and insertion did hurt for me. So it’s different for everyone
