Best Birth Control?

Question

So I want to start bc but I don’t know the best one. Does anyone have suggestions? I’m also looking for something that doesn’t cost a lot as I’m in college and don’t have a ton of money to spend on myself. I also would like to use the most natural method possible. I’m leaning towards the patch or a ring. If anyone has any experience with either of those that would be super helpful!!!Thanks!

I have tried condoms, progestin-only pills, nexplanon, and kyleena IUD. The most natural way to do it would probably be combining condoms and fertility awareness (which is what I’m doing now). Another way would be a copper IUD, as it has no hormones (it can, however, make your periods heavier and cramps more painful). Nexplanon is pretty cheap to have inserted and lasts for three years, and it pretty much stops your periods so you don’t have to buy tampons every month. An IUD is pretty expensive, but I got mine for free through my university’s health insurance. Both implants and IUDs last a long time though and are super effective. There are quizzes online through like Planned Parenthood that can help you figure out the best bc for you based on your lifestyle and budget :)
