Cycle day 45, weird CM

Ok ladies, could someone enlighten me on what CM this is please? I’ve had what *could* be early pregnancy symptoms (tingly nipples - feels like the ‘let down’ feeling when you’re breastfeeding even though I haven’t breastfed for over year and a half! Food aversions, extreme mood swings, mild cramps, fatigue) but with PCOS my cycles are just all over the place and I never trust ‘being late’ as an early pregnancy sign! According to glow I am 3days late, but going by my opks I am due on tomorrow... have taken a preg test this morning which came back negative...is this pinky/browny CM a sign of AF? I’ve never had it before 🤔🙈
