I just have no idea...pregnant?!??

Hi sept mommies!! I’m 38 & our LO is 7 mos on Friday and although I haven’t started my period back (BF/pump every 4-6hr), DH and I decided to throw caution to the wind last month and not use any bc. I was going to check my LH last week and threw a cheapo pregnancy test in too because I had been a bit nauseous and very tired. I got a very faint line but couldnt tell if it was just Evap or indent (first pic), so took a frer hpt next am and got an even more vvvfl (second pic-or my eyes are really playing tricks). Had fatigue and nausea all week but any subsequent hpts have been very BFN. But no bleeding. I have no idea what to think at this point. Have a doc appt next week.

Anyone have thoughts?? I feel like I’m having a fake pseudopregnancy or something! 😩 It wouldn’t be so confusing if I had any semblance of a normal cycle prior to this and knew when AF was coming. I think it’s all in my head and my wishful heart. :(
