Paranoid or pregnant??

Hi ladies,

I've never had a pregnancy scare or anything before so I'm so nervous. Usually we use cobdoms but me and my bf of 9 mos had unprotected sex after a party one night, although he didn't 'finish'. This was 2 days after the end of my period. My glow app says I ovulated last night. The reason why I'm concerned is that my pms symptoms were lighter than normal. I had light cramps compared to not being able to get out of bed cramps. And my breast have been sore this week of ovulation rather than the normal week of my period. I've also been riding a bike recentlybw/o a sports bra, just regular so I thought that may also be a reason for sore breasts. I'm not sure if I am paranoid or these are ovulation symptoms, late PMS symptoms or something completely different. My mom and grandma both have ovarian cysts and endometriosis which have the cramping sore breasts related. I am 24 yrs old also. Sorry for the long post, I hope you can help with some advice! Planning on getting a test after work..
