Tell your fiancé his new coworker is an old hookup

So I don’t have much experience with this. My ex was really abusive and these situations were always huge deals. But my Fiancé is honestly so sweet and chill, I just don’t know if I should bring it up. He’s taking a new job at a factory in my home town but a guy I used to hook up with (a couple years ago) works there. It wasn’t any kind of emotional relationship and we don’t have any hard feelings BUT I’m torn on if I should tell my fiancé. It wasn’t a big deal and it won’t be a big deal to tell him but do guys even care about those things? I just don’t want to bring it up if it’s unnecessary but I don’t want to keep it from him and him learn about it from someone else. Like I literally don’t think it’s a big deal I just need an opinion.
