What to do after two miscarriages in a row?

I'm 29, my husband is 30 and we're TTC baby #1.

First miscarriage was at 5 1/2 weeks a year ago after conceiving naturally. Second one just happened this month after IUI #1 (D&C last Friday).

We've had the standard round of fertility tests done already - everything came back normal on my end. My husband has a mild motility issue.

They've ordered another round of RPL tests for clotting disorders etc. and we're waiting for the tissue test results to come back.

If there's not a clear cause, I'm unsure if we should just do IUI again and hope for the best or move on to IVF w/ genetic testing.

Anyone have a similar experience? 
For those that have had two miscarriages in a row - what did you do next?

I had two miscarriages back to back after having my son the first one was at 10 weeks.. The second was at almost 13 weeks had d&c for both I got pregnant again 3 months after my 2nd and she was born April 29th 2014 if I would have given up I would have never got my daughter.... So never give up hope....

We just had one in may..:/ OB-GYN referred us  to a specialist.. we had our Genetics test done yesterday. We'll 
Get  our results in 3 wks...

So hoping for the best.. Oh and I just had a Pelvic Ultrasound as well..

I saw a RE they did all the testing at once karotyping, clotting factors,  etc. Then I had a hysteroscopy and they found a small septum that they said was my only problem.  Hope all goes well

We had two miscarriages in row in the past 6 months after seeing healthy heartbeats at 7 weeks & then we found out at 11 weeks for both that we had missed miscarriages.  The second was two weeks ago and our doctor offered us the testing but recommended trying one more time since the testing doesn't guarantee a clear answer and we are in our earlie thirties and healthy. She did say if we have another loss that we must do the testing. We are going to move forward without testing but it's a very personal decision. I'm sure whatever you do will be the right thing. I'm sorry for your loss.

I'm no specialist or dr for that matter but if it's just a mild motility issues is say try the IUI a few times- cheaper and easier and will get his swimmers where they need to be.... I'm starting IUI this month and on Clomid as I don't ovulate and hubby has semi low sperm count and dr said lets
Try IUI a few times first...
