Anyone else taking Lovenox injections?

I had to begin daily lovenox (blood thinner) injections due to a history of dvt. Dr says I'll have to until baby is here. Anyone else enduring this and any suggestions on dealing with the bruising?

I take these daily due to APS. My doc said icing for five minutes before and after would help with the bruising, but I don't have time for that with a toddler. I'll just be rocking a one piece swimming suit this summer :)

Ps. The bruising and pain seemed to lessen after a week of the shots...still get a random big bruise here and there, but it's better than when I started

I had to take it before but not for pregnancy, the doctor told me not to rub the site of injection after the injection. It was hard for me not to do because the Lovenox stung me so bad.

Anyone else taking Lovenox injections?
