Plan B, Birth Control, Help???

Hey you guys. My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 8 months. Saturday night we had sex and I had this weird like overcoming feeling of wanting him to finish inside me. Basically, he did and I was like it’s okay, I’ll be fine. But I’m sorta like freaking out now. I’m on birth control, specifically Tri-Lo Marzia. I was put on this birth control because of irregular and missed periods, and got diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) I have been taking my bc for almost a month, my placebo pills are in 3 days. I was so worried I took Plan B on top of taking my BC everyday, perfectly. I know this is just extra hormones that I didn’t need, but I freaked out. Is this going to mess everything up? Is there a chance I’ll end up pregnant? Please help me clear my stress and worry away 😩
