What kind of birth control do you use?

I'm on Nuvaring and I don't know if I should switch to an IUD or implant, or just be abstinent until I can get my tubes tied. I don't trust myself with pills and condoms aren't effective enough for me.

Condoms for me. The only BC that I haven’t tried/am allowed to try is the IUD and it scared the shit out of me.

I used the shot for awhile and got really heavy so I had to stop... it’s different on other body types so... not say don’t do it just be aware lol

I have the arm implant. I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve heard it for a year and a half. I’m getting it removed this week. I hated it. My arm would hurt occasionally even like a burning feeling and I’ve gained almost 45 pounds from it with out changing my diet at all. I also went up 3 cup sizes. Which sucks cuz I was already pushing a DDD before I got it 🙃 so my experience. No thanks. But everyone is different.
